KRI KRI IBEX
Greece is home to the smallest of the Ibex species, the Kri Kri. Restricted to just a few island habitats, the Kri Kri is a descendant of the Bezoar Ibex, transferred by humans around 10,000 years ago to the island of Crete. Kri Kri are mostly hunted on the islands of Sapienza and Atalanti.
Hunting is limited to shotguns only due to strict and complicated local hunting laws. A hunting trip to Greece is absolutely perfect to combine with a holiday to explore this fascinating country steeped in rich history and beautiful scenery. Our trusted outfitter offers a limited number of opportunities per year, for one of the most intriguing and endearing of the Capra species.
